The hotel had great location close enough to the extensive gardens enjoying the flowers and birds, beautiful Lake Atitlan and the world most wonderful lakes. It also was to the nature reserve.
There was low water pressure and caused inconvenience.

I had an amazing time at this beautiful hotel with stunning gardens and a fantastic outdoor dining area overlooking the lake. The infinity hot tub was perfect for unwinding after a long day. The colorful flowers made for the perfect backdrop. Just a heads up, the rooms could use a little updating, but it didn't really take away from our experience! 🌺

The rooms were nicely decorated and soundproof with a view of the garden, balconies, fun walks to-and-from the restaurant, I loved that. The location was best possible, within a close distance from Casa Cakchiquel Arts Center.

The location was perfect, just outside the hustle of town but still close enough for a quick taxi ride. The gardens were beautifully maintained, and I appreciated the stunning views from our room, especially during sunrise. The large hot tub was a nice touch at the end of the day. The bathroom could have used some updating as it showed signs of mold in places. It was a lovely stay, and the dining experience offered some delicious local dishes.
